Pepe Reina
The Spanish stopper has
had a reasonable season in goal for Liverpool. After beginning the season
poorly, which he wilfully admitted, Reina worked hard in training to eradicate
errors and it has paid off on the pitch. His improvement was noticeable; Liverpool’s
first-choice keeper conceded just four goals in his last 10 Premier League
games of the season.
With Barcelona reportedly
sniffing around Reina, Liverpool could have a job on their hands to retain his
services this summer. Players like Asmir Begovic and Michel Vorm are already
being linked as replacements.

Brad Jones
Jones arrived at Liverpool
in August 2010, and has since proved himself to be an able deputy for Pepe
Reina. Despite errors in cup ties against West Brom and Oldham in particular,
the Australian had a decent 2012/13 season.
The highlight of Jones’
campaign was his performance against Swansea in a Capital One Cup fourth-round
tie; he pulled off a number of impressive saves to limit the Welsh side’s
scoring to three goals.
Whilst not being good
enough to take the gloves as Liverpool’s number-one goalkeeper, Jones is a
useful deputy.
